JOINT BRAND GIVEAWAY

1. SPONSORS

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by SUNMUD and other participating brands (collectively, the “Sponsors”). Each Sponsor is responsible only for the products it contributes and not for the products or actions of any other participating brand.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta, Google, or any other social media platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsors, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on [Dec 19, 2025 12:01am PST] and ends on [Dec 24, 2025 11:59pm PST] (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must complete the entry steps outlined on the official giveaway post or landing page, which may include:

  • Following participating brand social media accounts
  • Liking, sharing, or commenting on a giveaway post
  • Submitting an email address via a form

Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise stated. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. PRIZES

One or more winners will receive a giveaway bundle consisting of products donated by participating brands. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) will be disclosed on the giveaway page.

Prizes:

  • Are non-transferable
  • Have no cash value
  • May not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion

Sponsors make no warranties, express or implied, regarding any prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winner(s) will be notified via email and/or social media direct message within 2 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. SHIPPING & TAXES

Prizes will be shipped to U.S. addresses only, unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary.

Winner(s) are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving the prize.


SUNMUD and participating brands are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments once the prize has been shipped.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsors reserve the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond reasonable control impair the integrity of the Promotion
  • Disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding.

9. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsors are not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
  • Technical malfunctions of any kind
  • Injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsors to use winner’s name, likeness, social media handle, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to the privacy policies of the individual Sponsors. Email addresses collected may be used for marketing communications, subject to applicable laws and opt-out rights.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
