SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and the destination address. Most orders ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) standard ground services, but larger orders may be shipped on a pallet using a common carrier.

Customers may elect to pay for shipping using their own UPS or Fed Ex account numbers. If you intend to use your own UPS or Fed Ex account for your orders, please place your orders directly with a Sun Mud Customer Service Representative via phone, or email. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We make every effort to ship orders quickly. Most orders will ship within two business days of receipt (Note, orders placed on weekends and holidays are worked on the following business day. Similarly, orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on weekdays will be received by our production staff the following business day.) 

Large orders and customized orders can take longer to produce and ship.
